A. Data Scientist
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Max. 40 years old
- Have 3 years hands-on experience in the exploitation of data and the use of advanced statistical and modeling techniques to
- understand and improve business performance in at least one major industry vertical;
- Be a clear, confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent presentation skills and with the ability to structure a coherent, logical argument and the confidence to defend assumptions, projections and recommendations;
- Demonstrate a keen interest in, and fair understanding of, big data technology and the business trends that are driving the adoption of this technology;
- Be proficient in the use of both written and spoken business English;
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize between competing opportunities;
- Have a background in business and/or technology consulting;

- Proven UI experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

C. UX Designer
Requirements

- Min 2 – 3 years experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software (e.g. : InVision, Axure, etc.)
- Proficient in design project
- Having knowledge in C/C++, Java, Phyton, is a plus

- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

D. Flow Designer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Max. 40 years old
- Proven work experience as a Workflow Designer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
- Having relevant work experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
- Expertise in navigating through the layers of the Data Warehouse from the Integration layer all the way through the SQL optimization engine
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
- Expertise in SQL and Oracle
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R)

E. Microapps/Microservices Designer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

- Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems
- Led software development work streams inside larger projects
- Proficiency developing in multiple languages – Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C# and Go
- Experience developing with microservices, serverless Functions, API Gateways, NoSQL, queues and more.
- Automated test-driven approaches to software development
- Experience of working in SCM and CI/CD-based environments
- AWS associate developer or solutions architect certification

F. Database Designer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

- Experienced in developing database solutions (SQL Server, or other)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases, ETL processes, replication, cloud database services and shell scripting on
- Linux and other modern technology platforms

- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying
- Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g.: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

- Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer

- Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
